📌 Step 1: Clean the ingredients (Meat, shrimp, chicken wings...). To clean the shrimp, remove the legs and head, use a knife to cut along the back of the shrimp so that the shrimp veins can absorb the seasoning and make it easier to eat.
📌 Step 2: Put the shrimp directly into the hot oil pan to fry (no need to deep fry), just fry the shrimp and then take it out and use later. Leave the bottom oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic, green chili and onion. (If making meat or chicken wings, skip this step and pour the flour directly into the marinade with onions and ginger)
📌 Step 3: Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in shrimp, add 1 bag of 15g salt and pepper garlic powder, turn up the heat and stir a few times to remove from the pan. (meat and chicken wings fried slowly over low heat until cooked)
